# Forgot your password?

The MyPHIT application no longer runs at this address. The screen below is a reproduction of the archived interface: its controls are disabled, nothing is submitted, and no data is collected.

This was the Devise recovery screen. It took a single email address and, on the working application, sent a reset link to it. Nothing is sent from this archive.
