# Improve yourself in just 30 days.

My Personal Health Improvement Tool (PHIT)

MyPHIT was a web application for a single, bounded piece of work: pick one health priority, write it down as a SMART goal, and follow it for thirty days. The archived homepage described the tool in three movements — plan your PHIT, track your PHIT, share your PHIT — and offered ten themes to choose between, from meditation and sleep hygiene to time management and starting a new hobby.

Accounts were created through Devise sign-up, and the archived form recorded a role — high-school, undergraduate, nursing, graduate and medical students alongside residents, nurses, physicians and other health-care staff — which is the clearest surviving evidence of who the tool was written for.
